




Job Summary: Providing technical support and customer service via phone, chat, or email, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Work with Linux operating systems and hardware **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Respond to customers via phone, chat, or e\-mail, identifying reported issues; * Clarify customer inquiries, resolve the reported issues, or escalate to the responsible department to ensure customer satisfaction; * Use remote desktop tools to access the customer's computer for diagnosing issues or guiding users through system processes; * Record call-related data, including execution logs and service request openings, in the system for performance indicator tracking and future reference. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Must be available to work from 2:20 PM to 10:00 PM; * Availability for a rotating 6x2 schedule and 100% on-site work; * Completed high school; higher education in Information Technology is preferred; * A technical course in Informatics or related fields will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of Linux operating systems (installation, configuration, and support); * Experience providing hardware support, including basic diagnostics and maintenance; * Basic understanding of computer networks, including basic router configuration; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Customer-oriented profile, with empathy and courtesy; * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional Information:** * Work Model: 100% on-site; * Working Hours: 2:20 PM to 10:00 PM; * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Work Location: Limeira/SP Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
