Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in systems. Perform SQL database queries for information analysis and correction. Provide support for ERP systems, internal systems, and integrations. Test system fixes and new functionalities. Support system implementations and upgrades. Interact with software, hardware, and service vendors. Document procedures and technical solutions. Train users when required. Support print supply management. Previous experience as an IT Support Technician, Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, or IT Support Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
