Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant for technical support and infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, equipment, and network. Key Highlights: 1. Support in Windows Server environment administration We are looking for an IT Assistant to join our team and assist with daily technical support and infrastructure tasks. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of systems, equipment, and network, providing efficient support to users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide user support (on-site and remote technical support) * Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance * Support Windows Server environment administration and maintenance * Assist in server management * Maintain and organize basic IT infrastructure (network, computers, and peripherals) **Requirements:** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of technical support * Familiarity with hardware and networking * Knowledge of Windows Server Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: Starting from R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * IT (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
