Support for onboarding new employees We are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** specializing in **Recruitment and Selection**, to support the company’s talent attraction and hiring processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Screen resumes; * Schedule and conduct interviews (in-person and online); * Assist in posting job openings on platforms and social media; * Contact candidates to align information; * Administer tests and assessments, when required; * Support managers throughout the selection process; * Organize documentation for employee onboarding; * Update spreadsheets and job-tracking systems; * Support onboarding initiatives for new employees. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized with attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
