We are **PAKMATIC** — join our team! **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Programming PLCs and automation systems across diverse projects, from individual equipment to production lines; * Conducting field startups with analysis, improvements, fault correction, and project optimization; * Providing remote or on-site technical support to internal teams and customers; * Designing electrical projects using AutoCAD; * Sharing technical knowledge by delivering training sessions and acting as a multiplier of best practices for the engineering team; * Communicating clearly and professionally across all organizational levels — from the shop floor to executive management; * Proactively structuring solutions that reduce fault recurrence and minimize emergency interventions. **Prerequisites:** * Technical or higher education degree in fields related to Industrial Automation; * Experience developing automation solutions using Siemens PLCs and HMIs (TIA Portal); Rockwell experience is considered a plus; * Fieldwork experience and willingness to travel; * Languages (English and/or Spanish are considered advantageous); * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to deliver internal training. **Essential Competencies:** * Logical reasoning and systemic thinking; * Ability to teach and transfer knowledge to colleagues and new technicians; * Good interpersonal relationships and collaborative attitude; * Autonomy to propose improvements and prevent failures; * Ability to document processes and standardize technical solutions; * Professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and colleagues. **Benefits:** * Co-payment medical plan; * Dental plan with payroll deduction; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy benefits; * Group life insurance; * Attendance bonus; * Partnership with Anhanguera University.
