




P\&J Atacadista is seeking a **\*Financial Analyst\*** with experience in the city of Limeira/SP **Job Mission** Execute, control, and support the company's administrative and financial routines, ensuring information reliability, deadline compliance, and internal team support for decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute **accounts payable and receivable** routines, ensuring accurate entries, verifications, and reconciliations * Perform **bank reconciliation**, cash flow control, and accruals * Issue, verify, and manage **invoices, bills, and financial documents** * Support the preparation of **financial reports, managerial income statements (DRE), and key performance indicators** * Maintain organized records of files, contracts, registrations, and documentation * Monitor collections and negotiations with clients and suppliers when necessary * Support administrative tasks (supplies, contracts, third-party services) * Interact with accounting and other internal departments to align information * Comply with internal policies, standards, and best practices regarding compliance and confidentiality **Job Requirements** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Previous experience in financial and administrative processes * Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and ERP systems * Organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of prioritizing tasks Do you fit the position?
