




**Position: Kitchen Helper** **Department:** Nutrition **Schedule:** 12x36 **Work Hours:** Must have flexible availability **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, health insurance, dental insurance, internal restaurant, childcare assistance, discounts with partner companies, and career development plan. **Responsibilities:** Carry out all activities in alignment with health, safety, and environmental guidelines; Organize, clean, and stock dining areas according to the established menu; Sanitize fruits, vegetables, and greens, cut as specified by the nutritionist and chef, and prepare salads, desserts, and dishes; Perform pre-preparation of vegetables, legumes, grains, and meats; Collect food samples for storage; Operate equipment; control utensil inventory; Report any observations regarding the dining area or production, or any work-related incidents, to supervisors; Promote cleaning of areas, utensils, and equipment according to the sanitation checklist; Weigh cafeteria food for calculation of clean surplus and ingested leftovers; Prepare coffee and tea, heat milk; Collect refrigerator and freezer temperatures according to procedures; Perform terminal cleaning of areas according to schedule. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed Elementary Education Employment Type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
