




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to oversee technical supervision, field inspection, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems in industrial construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with design documents and standards. Description: Basic requirements: * Completed technical and/or undergraduate degree in Electrotechnics or related fields. * Active registration with CREA/CRT. * Experience in industrial construction projects, specifically in electrical installation. * Practical knowledge of interpreting electrical drawings and P\&IDs. * Hands-on experience in testing, calibration, and commissioning of instruments and electrical systems. * Familiarity with ABNT, NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-35 standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). * Strong technical communication skills and ability to prepare reports. * Willingness to work on-site in Paulínia/SP and conduct occasional visits to suppliers. Preferred qualifications: * Prior experience in large-scale industrial projects (e.g., energy, biogas, oil and gas, petrochemicals). * Experience in EPC or EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction/Construction Management) projects. * Knowledge of control and automation systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA). * Familiarity with Power BI, MS Project, and AutoCAD (diagram interpretation). * Experience in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). * Additional training in NR\-33 (confined spaces) and NR\-13 (pressure vessels). * Proactive, collaborative profile committed to quality, safety, and technical delivery. Detailed Description: * Supervision of the detailed engineering project carried out by the contracted engineering firm; * Review of detailed engineering deliverables issued by the engineering firm relevant to the electrical discipline and integration with other disciplines; * Supervision of incorporation of internal standards into the detailed engineering project; * Interface between technical authorities and the detailed engineering firm and suppliers; * Support in developing procurement processes for equipment and materials, to be forwarded to Procurement; * Responsibility for supporting the procurement process from inception through to operational startup, including material arrival at site; * Review of supplier-provided engineering and integration with the detailed engineering project; * Technical analysis of processes and issuance of technical opinions; * Interface between the detailed engineering firm and suppliers; * Participation in SATs for equipment; * Support in developing contracting processes for civil construction, structural steelwork, electromechanical installation, and commissioning—including issuance of technical opinions; * Field supervision/inspection of civil construction and structural steelwork contractors, electromechanical installation contractors, commissioning contractors, and startup contractors. 2512100202181911529
