**LEO MADEIRAS IS HIRING!** ================================== **Location:** Hortolândia **Area:** Logistics * **Work model:** On-site **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** ------------------------- * Recruit and maintain your work team in accordance with the company’s required presentation standards, ensuring they are motivated, committed, and available. * Guarantee product integrity and availability in store inventory by applying basic product handling and storage guidelines. * Execute all processes that directly or indirectly affect inventory levels, such as: pending items, pending transfer invoices, returns, etc. * Maintain inventory accuracy at levels defined by the company, implementing security procedures that support adherence to Leo’s established inventory standards — e.g., load audits, weekly counts, and rotating inventory. * Keep your assigned areas organized, clean, and cost-optimized by applying the SOLAM process — “Solutions, Organization, Cleanliness, Austerity, Maintenance.” * Train your team to meet the requirements and performance expectations of the store’s Logistics department, as well as exceed customer service expectations. * Resolve workflow issues in customer service and in product handling and storage areas (e.g., shipping, inventory), as well as any complaints or problems related to deliveries, product quality, or service — always aiming for optimal cost-benefit. * Monitor and ensure continuous improvement in customer service within your areas of responsibility. * Oversee the cutting department and ensure compliance with the defined production schedule, as well as maintain product quality during the cutting process. * Submit emergency transfer requests according to established procedures. * Know and comply with standards, procedures, or work instructions defined by the company’s Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety systems, applicable to your area of operation, as established by the company or current legislation. *(Here, it’s fast-paced, hands-on, and results-driven!)* **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------------------- * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience as an Operational Supervisor.
