Job Summary: PROGEN is seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant to perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in building facilities, ensuring the overall preservation of institutional assets. Contribute to the overall preservation of the institution's assets The **PROGEN – Projeto Gente Nova**, a Civil Society Organization linked to Social Assistance Policy, with 41 years of operation in the Northwest region of Campinas/SP, is currently conducting a selection process to hire **01 (one) MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** for its **Unit II – Satélite Íris**, under the Service for Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds (SCFV). **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Organization and responsibility * Proactivity and willingness to perform operational tasks * Ability to work effectively in a team **Responsibilities:** * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in building facilities. * Carry out repairs in masonry, painting, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry. * Assist in maintaining doors, windows, locks, roofs, and flooring. * Replace light bulbs, outlets, switches, and small electrical components. * Inspect and support maintenance of plumbing systems, including faucets, flush valves, and piping. * Conduct periodic inspections of building structures, identifying repair needs. * Support cleaning and organization of tools, materials, and the workplace. * Assist in assembling and moving furniture and equipment when required. * Ensure proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report to Coordination any situations requiring specialized maintenance. * Contribute to the overall preservation of the institution's assets. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.502,75 * Optional transportation voucher (6% payroll deduction) * Medical and dental plan * On-site meals * Food allowance * Life insurance * Partnership with SESC **Work Schedule:** CLT employment contract 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 (with a 1-hour break).
