Logistics Operator I

For this position, we are seeking a person responsible for: * Performing activities related to logistics processes according to operational procedures, carrying out order assembly, order picking, and dispatch, as well as counting and verifying inventories, focusing on safety, productivity, continuous improvement, professional excellence, and quality assurance. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Assembling orders for shipment and dispatch; * Closing boxes containing assembled orders; * Verifying and separating invoices and identification labels for orders; * Labeling all packages to be shipped according to their respective destinations; * Reporting any process anomalies to the immediate supervisor (incomplete orders; damages; delays; missing documentation; errors; etc.) in order to minimize potential losses; * Occasionally assisting in loading and unloading materials when requested; * Keeping the work area clean and organized, as well as the warehouse, performing cleaning when necessary. * Conducting inventory counts of products and/or materials. * Verifying, handling, and storing products using electric/manual pallet jacks. * Strictly complying with SOPs for raw material and finished product handling, DQS, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety regulations. * Assisting in tasks (cooperation) for the general logistics area and other areas (production, etc.), following instructions from the immediate supervisor. * Properly using and maintaining the PPEs determined by the company. * Ensuring compliance with FIFO (First In - First Out). * Ensuring compliance with the 5S Program. * Participating in the development of collaborators within their area of operation, guiding them when necessary on tasks assigned to positions at lower levels. * Knowing and staying updated on relevant legislation related to their area of operation. * Participating in training sessions and seminars that enhance knowledge related to the company's business, their specific department, or job role, aiming for continuous process improvements and personal and professional development. * Knowing and practicing the Organization's Mission and values, thereby contributing to value creation for the company's business and full team engagement. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed High School education **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in Logistics or related fields; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role. **WORK MODALITY AND SCHEDULE** * Monday to Thursday from 07:20 to 17:20 and Friday from 07:20 to 16:20. **WHO WE ARE** We are one of Brazil's largest personal care and beauty companies, featuring brands that connect quality and accessibility, such as Farmax, Sunless, Sanavita, and Negra Rosa.
