




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the training and development area, planning events and communications, and overseeing performance evaluation and onboarding processes. Manage the training and development area. Plan and organize events and communications; Manage KPIs; Conduct the annual training needs assessment, outlining required programs and investments for the following year for executive board approval; Support managers throughout the performance evaluation process; Oversee the new employee onboarding program, coordinating with various departments to explain internal policies, quality concepts, workplace safety, organizational structure, and other topics essential for integrating employees into the company; Develop and disseminate posters on bulletin boards and intranet announcements/information as defined in the social calendar or as otherwise needed; Lead and monitor the performance evaluation program, distributing forms, providing guidance, and tracking submissions to ensure compliance with internal policy; Participate in offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews with departing employees; Comply with quality and occupational safety guidelines and regulations. Respond to and clarify employee inquiries regarding benefits, working hours, allowances, deductions, or other matters related to the department; Perform other duties related to this role as directed by immediate supervisor.
