




**Main Activities** * Monitor the employee's journey, from entry into the hiring process to final integration into the client's operation; * Contact candidates and employees through messaging tools and phone calls; * Contact candidates for open positions, requesting submission of documentation for registration and admission; * Schedule and monitor the completion of ASOs and NR training; * Request digital signature of employee contracts; * Monitor employee release during the admission process; * Send and track employee documentation on the client's portal; * Coordinate with operational supervisors matters related to uniforms, PPE, interviews, tests, and other operational support activities; * Prepare the Integration Kit (Uniform, PPE, ID badge); * Schedule employee integration into the client's operation; * Register employees in the timekeeping system and release them to work in the operation. **Requirements** * Experience in the administrative area; * Good communication and organizational skills - spoken and written; * Proactivity and ability to work in a team. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:48 PM (1-hour meal break); * CLT employment regime - In-person model; * Availability for overtime as needed.
