Assemble dishes with aesthetic precision and high-quality standards. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen (mise en place, utensils, equipment). Perform expiration date control and proper storage of ingredients. Work efficiently and disciplined within a team. Monitor technical sheets and contribute to menu improvements. Strictly follow hygiene and food safety regulations. ### **Prerequisites** Proven experience as a cook in restaurants. Mastery of cutting techniques and assembly of sophisticated dishes. Knowledge of contemporary gastronomy (a plus). Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Commitment to strict schedules and demanding routines.
