Join us and become part of a company that transforms ideas into protection and care for the world. **Position: Cargo Loader** * Organize and arrange cargo inside trucks according to the loading plan to ensure transportation stability and safety. * Assemble cargo using strapping and protective techniques to prevent product damage during transportation. * Secure cargo in compliance with safety regulations, utilizing appropriate equipment to prevent damage. * Inspect and handle goods according to orders, ensuring accurate sorting and organization. * Assess packaging conditions, repairing or flagging damages to guarantee product quality. * Perform cleaning and maintenance activities in the workplace; * Monitor service quality, ensuring proper cargo preparation and safety throughout the entire logistics process. * Preserve company assets by identifying maintenance needs and requesting repairs. * Support management by reporting issues and irregularities related to the area of operation. * Attend training sessions and meetings as scheduled by the company. * Perform other related duties as directed by management.
