Maintenance Supervisor

Description

Job Summary: Lead maintenance operations, team management, budget control, KPI monitoring, and assurance of safety and compliance, promoting team well-being and equipment longevity. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of teams and operational maintenance processes. 2. Budget management, KPIs, and continuous process improvement. 3. Focus on safety, team well-being, and equipment durability. * Lead evaluation of spare parts and consumables applicable to maintenance; * Lead team training on operational maintenance procedures; * Lead allocation and deployment of necessary resources (materials/equipment) across maintenance activities; * Lead logistical coordination to supply resources required by operational areas; * Lead execution of maintenance and operations related to LSA; * Operate a vehicle over short distances to transport the team under supervision, among other necessary duties; * Interface with leadership (responsible party) for indirect labor in the maintenance area; * Provide customer support during maintenance and report aligned requirements to coordination; * Control departmental budget as well as personnel management for the team under responsibility; * Manage departmental results under responsibility; monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions for processes and outcomes; * Comply with and enforce LSA-related Safety and Environmental Programs and Policies; * Conduct safety inspections; * Assess operational conditions and safety readiness for scheduled activities; * Ensure safe working conditions and propose improvements to enhance team well-being and equipment longevity; * Control and prepare inventory replenishment lists and stock inventories, reporting to immediate leadership; • Audit third-party contract SLA adherence and service delivery; • Monitor diesel fuel supply for equipment; * Promote LSA culture within the team and ensure process compliance and adherence to policies and standards; * Operate a vehicle over short distances to transport the team, provided authorization is granted by the immediate supervisor, among other necessary duties; Technical Course: Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering; **Experience:** * 3 years in operational roles * 1 year in a management position
