Guidance to developers and continuous improvement of software quality. **Description:** We are looking for professionals who want to make a difference, tackling head-on one of the biggest challenges in the Brazilian tax landscape: the Tax Reform. Our development team leads the Fiscal Management product, responsible for adapting and evolving our solutions to meet new legal requirements, with direct impact on thousands of companies nationwide. Responsibilities and Duties Develop medium-complexity technical solutions with moderate supervision and minimal support, by implementing software requirements using the technologies involved in the project; Understand the software architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; Create medium-complexity tests—whether manual or automated—that cover the desired behavior of developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools; Document development stages by recording implementation details in version control and documentation tools; Collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices available for the product and technologies used; Mentor junior developers by addressing their questions, sharing expertise, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; Specify low- and medium-complexity requirements through interactions with clients and departments involved in the project or support activities. Use predefined frameworks for solution development.
