We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your missions will be to safeguard our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist the Marketing Assistant with the department’s financial tasks; * Support the creation and monitoring of digital media performance indicators for the unit; * Support the execution of Marketing department initiatives (Events and Campaigns); * Assist in preparing reports based on data analysis and competitor monitoring. Requirements: To become a **Sá Talent** and our **Marketing Intern**, you must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. Professional experience is not required to join our team—we seek individuals full of energy, creativity, and willingness to learn. Desirable: * Proficiency in Instagram (especially Stories, polls, trends, and interactive tools); * Basic video and image editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar); * Basic photography and framing knowledge (ability to capture attractive moments and angles); * Familiarity with engagement metrics (reach, views, interactions); * Creative writing and mastery of digital language (light, empathetic, and spontaneous tone); * Basic understanding of content planning and social listening (grasping what the audience wants to see).
