About the job Our production team is seeking a Production Operator II to work at our Specialized Nutrition factory in **Poços de Caldas \- MG**, with the following main responsibilities: * Responsible for scheduling vacations for Mixing and Premixing Operators and for Transferzone \- Big Bags, "Stripping", and Cage Supply Operators; * Independently perform dosage corrections and adjustments whenever required and necessary; * Responsible for supplying and operating machines and equipment involved in the dosing, mixing, and premixing processes across all floors of the production building; * Responsible for maintaining correct centerline alignment of process equipment; * Responsible for moving Big Bags and Bags, preparing Bags for transfer from LCA (Low Care Area) – Low Criticality Area – including external bag removal, and operating material transport and lifting equipment; * Responsible for ensuring ultraclean cleaning procedures; * Responsible for disassembling and cleaning dosing valves, on/off valves, and gate valves; * Ensure production line stops with empty silos and hoppers when the SKU is Pregomin or Aptamil Pepti; * Within the High Care Area (HCA) – responsible for requesting materials for LCA, supplying cage bags for the Mixing and Premixing processes, and operating cage lifting systems to upper floors; * Remove residues from mixing and premixing floors by transferring them from HCA to LCA; * Perform cleaning across the entire HCA process; * Perform cleaning on all LCA, HCA, and LC\+ equipment and areas; * Ensure strict inventory control of materials and all area data records; * Monitor temperature and humidity levels and activate support chain if necessary; * Lead Gemba walks, internal verifications, and audits within the area; * Open and request repairs via the label system when necessary and required; * Ensure raw material consumption aligns with production at end-of-SKU, basing decisions on material shelf life and cost; support big cleaning activities in the area; support maintenance activities in the HCA area; * Fulfill production schedules while prioritizing Safety, line efficiency, and ensuring packaged products meet Danone’s internal standards and Brazilian legislation requirements. * Act as area owner, applying DAN\-IWS tools. About you * Completed technical course in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemistry, Quality, or related fields, or completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in production environments; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule across the following shifts: + Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM + Shift 2: 2:30 PM to 11:22 PM + Shift 3: 10:40 PM to 7:00 AM.
