**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Provide service to cooperative members; Provide telephone support to cooperative members; Meet the needs of cooperative members; Contribute to results and achievement of established targets; Assist in developing commercial proposals for products and services to cooperative members; Support maintaining up-to-date cooperative member records; Direct and expedite service to cooperative members; Assist cooperative members with access support and use of electronic means; Formalize approved renegotiation proposals. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management; or related fields in finance; Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Basic knowledge of sales techniques; Previous experience in commercial areas and customer service; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and in writing); Teamwork skills; ANBIMA certification is a plus; Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
