We are looking for committed professionals who love challenges and enjoy interacting with people. **Responsibilities and duties** * Investigate accidents and incidents that occur, analyzing the conditions that caused the accident/incident and implementing preventive and corrective actions to avoid recurrence; * Implement the Emergency/Prevention and Firefighting Plan, developing an annual schedule to conduct training sessions with staff to maintain a qualified team capable of responding to emergencies and complying with legislation; * Conduct safety training and promote safety-related initiatives, identifying needs and using NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) as the basis for refresher courses and providing updated information on workplace accident prevention; * Provide advisory support to CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), attending meetings and delivering training on accident investigation and recordkeeping (legal aspects) to ensure compliance with legislation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Knowledge of the Tasy System is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools; * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field.
