If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in implementing and maintaining the company’s environmental policies and procedures; * Collect, analyze, and report environmental data to monitor the company’s environmental performance; * Identify environmental risk areas and develop action plans for mitigation; * Be responsible for waste and effluent management and for ensuring proper disposal in accordance with applicable guidelines; * Participate in internal and external environmental audits; * Train, qualify, and guide employees on responsible environmental practices; * Monitor changes in environmental legislation and ensure the company remains compliant; * Collect and maintain records of environmental incidents and corrective action reports; * Manage the company’s regulatory processes with municipal, federal, or state public agencies (e.g., operating licenses, compliance certificates, water use permits, controlled products registration, CADRI, etc.); * Be responsible for fulfilling conditions attached to environmental licenses; * Prepare the annual solid waste inventory; * Track the validity of mandatory environmental documents for all operations and/or activities of the facility; * Prepare environmental compliance reports for regulatory authorities, when required; * Conduct environmental inspections and surveys; * Manage IBAMA obligations (compliance certificate and annual report – RAAP). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields; * Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Basic knowledge of environmental legislation. * **Additional Information** * UNIMED health plan * Basic food basket or meal card * Dental plan * Pharmacy benefits * Life insurance * On-site cafeteria * Profit-sharing program (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a reference in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
