Cleaning of pots and sinks, kitchen trash bins, and equipment such as stoves, ovens, hoods, and griddles (when powered off); cleaning of plates, trays, and cutlery from the lunch shift cafeteria. Removal and organization of organic and general waste from the kitchen. Cleaning and organization of the workplace. Removal of organic waste — leftover food from the cafeteria — and weighing it. Removal and cleaning of trash bins in the cafeteria, office, and kitchen. Cleaning and organization of the workplace. Work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food.
