JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN

**Position Objective**
Support the administrative, financial, and operational routines of Casa70 Galeria, contributing to the organization of internal processes, information control, team support, and smooth daily operations.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Administrative Routines**
* Organize and manage physical and digital documents
* Enter and update information in spreadsheets and internal systems
* Assist in preparing administrative and financial reports
* Manage files, contracts, and registrations
**Financial Support**
* Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
* Verify invoices, receipts, and proof-of-payment documents
* Organize basic cash flow tracking
* Assist in bank reconciliation and expense control
**Operational Support**
* Support gallery and event operational demands
* Provide logistical support for installations, deinstallations, and cultural productions
* Liaise with suppliers, partners, and service providers
* Organize schedules, timelines, and internal tasks
**Commercial Support and Customer Service**
* Provide administrative support for sales and contracts
* Assist in relationship management with clients, artists, and partners
* Organize registration databases and mailing lists
**Desired Profile**
* Currently enrolled in Administration, Business Management, Economics, or related fields
* Organized, proactive, and strong communication skills
* Interest in culture, art, design, and the creative economy
* Proficiency with spreadsheets, data organization, and digital tools
**Workload and Schedule**
* **Workload:** 30 hours per week
**Option 1 – Morning Shift:**
* Monday to Friday, from **10:00 AM to 4:00 PM**, with a 30-minute break
**Option 2 – Afternoon Shift:**
* Monday to Friday, from **2:00 PM to 8:00 PM**, with a 30-minute break
