Join us!** ##### **Overview** **The Specialist - Quality Engineering is responsible for leading the plant's quality engineering team, ensuring customer satisfaction, supplier performance, and production efficiency. This role directly drives quality convergence, manages product and process evolution during series production, and supports manufacturing and engineering areas. The professional ensures products meet technical and quality requirements, leading corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions, always focused on field results (warranty) and operational excellence.** **Key Responsibilities and Tasks** **Lead the plant’s quality engineering team and ensure application of functional standards and technical requirements.** **Define and implement containment actions to protect the customer, including supplier-related issues.** **Conduct diagnostics and root cause analyses of vehicle and component problems.** **Ensure product and process maturity by managing evolutions and serial changes.** **Propose alternative solutions in case of failures or component shortages to prevent production stoppages.** **Support decisions on vehicle hold and release in coordination with the Plant Quality Manager.** **Convene and lead meetings with suppliers and act as the company’s technical representative.** **Participate in technical clubs and quality engineering forums.** **Lead the management of quality indicators (KPIs) and coordinate improvement and escalation plans.** **Ensure safety and performance of their team, promoting an efficient and collaborative work environment.** ##### **Key Activities** ##### **1.
