Quality Analyst

Description

* Identify and analyze existing procedures across all company departments, aiming at their standardization and formalization into written procedures for use by all organizational levels; * Review and control SGQ documents and records; * Schedule and conduct training for all employees on SGQ activities, aiming to multiply knowledge and facilitate program implementation; * Develop supporting materials, such as handbooks, pamphlets, and posters, to optimize training and program dissemination; * Advise company managers and facilitators on SGQ activities, ensuring execution within established standards; * Identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, raising awareness among directly involved personnel and departments, aiming to engage them in seeking solutions and implementing corrective actions; * Monitor expiration dates of calibration certificates for measuring instruments and arrange new calibrations; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys; * Perform laboratory tests internally or at external laboratories; * Apply statistical treatment to quality-related data for preparing management reports; * Coordinate meetings for critical review of the Quality System; * Coordinate and conduct internal and external audit programs for systems and procedures related to quality, aiming to identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, raise awareness among directly involved personnel and departments, and engage them in seeking solutions and implementing corrective actions; * Fulfill immediate supervisor's requests within the scope of work.
