Job Opening: Child Development Assistant **Working Hours:** 24 hours per week **About the Opportunity** ------------------------ We are seeking a **Junior Child Development Assistant** to join our team! The professional will implement **therapeutic programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)**, supporting the development of children's cognitive, linguistic, motor, self-care, academic, and social skills, always within a structured, welcoming environment focused on families' quality of life. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Organize materials and stimuli for sessions; * Record performance and behaviors in the Aba\+ system; * Prepare materials before sessions and implement programs as instructed; * Manage and record behaviors, following coordination guidance; * Support hygiene, feeding, and general care routines; * Maintain clear communication with the team and report needs during supervision. **Requirements** -------------- **Education:** Currently pursuing a degree in **Pedagogy** or **Psychology**; **Minimum Experience:** Practical experience in therapeutic or educational settings with children; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of ABA; * Certification or introductory course in ABA; * Experience in a therapeutic clinic or inclusive school setting. **Desired Competencies** -------------------------- * Commitment, organization, and flexibility; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Persistence, resilience, and frustration tolerance; Empathy, proactivity, and ethical behavior.
