Description
Manage and distribute team activities according to operational demand;
Coordinate material loading and unloading processes;
Conduct verification of received and dispatched goods;
Perform system-based records and controls in TOTVS and Excel;
Monitor and track material and inventory counts;
Ensure production line supply according to production scheduling;
Support internal and external audits by providing required information and controls;
Develop, review, and update area-specific operational procedures;
Classify, identify, and store materials appropriately and safely;
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and losses;
Supervise warehouse assistants and operators, tracking performance and productivity;
Conduct training related to good warehousing practices, organization, and safety;
Assign tasks and monitor team activity execution;
Prepare reports on material movement, consumption, and control;
Track and present performance indicators such as inventory turnover, losses, and costs;
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
