**Pedagogical Coordinator – Language School** Juiz de Fora – MG If you have experience teaching languages, fluent English, and are seeking a leadership position, this could be your opportunity. You will join one of the largest language education networks in the country, in partnership with Pearson, a global education leader, directly managing the pedagogical operations of two units. **Key responsibilities:** * Coordinate pedagogical operations, ensuring teaching quality and standardization * Monitor student performance and academic indicators * Train, guide, and develop teachers * Organize classes, schedules, and the academic calendar * Ensure implementation of the network’s methodology * Support student retention through pedagogical experience * Manage administrative routines of the department **Mandatory requirements:** * Degree in Pedagogy or Languages * Experience in language courses * Fluent English (will be assessed) **We seek a candidate who is:** * A leader with strong communication skills * Organized and process-oriented * Results-driven and focused on student experience **Position details:** * Work schedule: 44 hours per week (including Saturdays) * Flexible hours based on demand * Salary: R$ 3\.000,00 **Benefits:** * Language study scholarship * Training with Pearson certification * Opportunities for internal career growth Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
