Job Summary: A professional responsible for tax-related activities, including invoice issuance and verification, tax calculation, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Handling invoice issuance and verification 2. Responsibility for tax calculation 3. Customer service and support regarding tax-related matters * Receive and sort invoices sent by customers for entry; * Enter and/or integrate invoices into the system (input, output, and service invoices); * Verify entries in the operational system; * Calculate tax obligations (DAS, cumulative and non-cumulative COFINS, cumulative and non-cumulative PIS, IPI, IRPJ, CSLL, IRRF, CSRF, withheld and own ISSQN, SENAR, payroll tax exemption, ICMS, ICMS/ST, and DIFAL); * Contact customers by phone to request invoice submission or confirmation of canceled invoices, when necessary; * Organize invoices for archiving, when required; * Send payment slips to customers via e\-mail, management system, or protocol; * Issue billing statements for customers, when necessary; * Monitor and update knowledge of tax legislation; * Provide customer support regarding NFe issuance, CFOP codes, invoice cancellation, and other advisory services; * Provide customer guidance on tax legislation; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
