Pharmacists carry out specific activities related to dispensing pharmaceutical products and services. They also perform quality control activities for pharmaceutical products and services, managing storage, distribution, and transportation of these products. They develop pharmaceutical products and services, may coordinate pharmaceutical assistance policies, and participate in the regulation and inspection of establishments, products, and pharmaceutical services. They carry out drugstore licensing procedures, implementing current legislation. They develop strategic plans for the company’s product marketing areas; implement activities and coordinate their execution with supervision; and advise the company’s executive management and commercial department. In their area of operation, they manage human resources, administer material and financial resources, and promote safety, health, environmental preservation, and quality.
