The company provides space and support for professional growth, with the possibility of advancement to Machine Tool Operator and subsequently to CNC Machine Operator, based on performance and qualification. Responsibilities * Supply production line machines with raw materials and/or semi-finished products, according to Production Control scheduling. * Finish parts by removing burrs using a grinding wheel and sander, as directed by the Shift Supervisor. * Assist in cutting parts on band saws. * Support assembly of subassemblies. * Maintain workstation organization and comply with safety regulations. Requirements * Completed elementary education. * Interest in learning and developing within the industrial field. * Commitment, attention, and responsibility. Preferred Qualifications * Courses or knowledge in Basic Metrology, Technical Drawing, and Technical Calculations. * Prior experience in an industrial environment.
