Materials Planning Analyst

Job Summary: A professional responsible for defining and reviewing inventory parameters, analyzing material consumption, tracking orders, using ERP systems, working with logistics KPIs, and supporting inventories and logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Definition and review of inventory parameters and analysis of material consumption. 2. Use of ERP for material data management and order tracking. 3. Work with logistics KPIs and support for inventories and freight logistics. Responsibilities: * + Define and review inventory parameters (min/max) based on historical consumption and production forecasts + Analyze material consumption and request supply according to lead times + Track orders and perform follow\-up with suppliers + Use the company's ERP system to maintain up-to-date material, order, inventory, and movement data + Monitor customer portfolio via EDI (if applicable) + Work with supply, consumption, and coverage logistics KPIs + Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, collaborating with receiving and warehouse teams + Support inventories, cyclic reviews, and balance adjustments + Support logistics in freight control, especially emergency freight + Prepare reports and spreadsheets to support decision-making Working hours to be defined.
