




Job Summary: Perform HR activities under the guidance of the HR Coordinator, including recruitment and selection, training, performance evaluations, and routine HR tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Handle all stages of the Recruitment and Selection process. 2. Conduct onboarding and ongoing support for new employees. 3. Provide support for training programs, internal campaigns, and HR administrative tasks. Perform HR activities following the HR Coordinator's instructions. Participate in recruitment and selection, training and development initiatives, performance evaluations, employee follow-up, and all routine HR tasks. Keep relevant information updated on the Solides platform. * Execute all stages of the R&S process \- resume screening, candidate contact, interviews, feedback, and closing the position; * Execute all stages of the onboarding process \- documentation and submission to accounting; * Conduct the new employee onboarding and socialization process; * Monitor the new employee's adaptation during the probation period \- follow-up interviews, performance evaluation, and alignment with leadership; * Manage the basic food basket spreadsheet; * Draft internal communications for bulletin boards and email: onboarding, promotions, birthdays, and other announcements; * Support training programs, employee follow-up, internal campaigns, and commemorative dates; * Provide support in the HR Administration area.
