**About the Position**
The **Junior Operations Administrative Technician** supports the area's administrative routines, contributing to process organization, information control, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for executing technical-administrative activities, ensuring data reliability, document compliance, and smooth sector operations.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:**
* Assist in managing administrative processes, contributing to operational organization and efficiency;
* Execute technical-administrative activities, including calculations, data verification, and analysis;
* Operate and verify equipment related to the assigned area;
* Provide service to internal and/or external stakeholders, delivering information and guidance;
* Organize, control, and review documents such as contracts, reports, and correspondence;
* Maintain responsibility for documents including invoices, IPVA, IPTU, accounting statements, and employment contracts;
* Conduct specific analyses and studies to support administrative problem-solving;
* Prepare technical reports and issue opinions related to administrative routines.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:**
* Completed High School;
* Technical Course in Administration or related fields.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Basic understanding of systems,
* Good knowledge of the internet;
* Microsoft Office Suite, Excel;
