




**JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Prospecting: this professional’s main challenge is to act as a prospecting agent for the sales team. To do so, they must possess knowledge of the company’s industry, the product or service offered, and the prospects’ universe, since they connect the user’s needs with the solutions the company provides. * Lead analysis and qualification: the SDR identifies leads aligned with the business that can progress to the middle and bottom of the sales funnel. In addition to being responsible for defining the analysis criteria, they must be extremely organized and have a well-defined lead qualification process. * Scheduling coordination with the sales consultant: they will act as an intermediary between both parties, mapping the potential customer’s key needs, pain points, and expectations—not only nurturing the sales team but also ensuring the prospect receives proper attention. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a two-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **EDUCATION:** * High school diploma Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sales (preferred) Work location: On-site
