Responsibilities of the Opportunity Role: Coordinate and ensure execution of the short-term commercial strategy (monthly/weekly/daily) and defined action plans from a management perspective (sections), focusing on exceeding sales targets and maximizing margin without affecting inventory health, while developing technical knowledge of Marketing channels, understanding their correlations with respective verticals, and driving changes from Commercial and Marketing standpoints. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and ensure execution of management strategies within each section to develop category, supplier, and product mix through weekly action plans, as well as increasing market share and exploring new business opportunities; * Coordinate and ensure execution of action plans per section to maximize revenue and margin in collaboration with the Marketing team; * Provide direction/support to the team during commercial negotiations for major Marketing campaigns; * Coordinate and ensure execution of preventive and corrective action plans per section to maintain constant inventory health; * Identify performance gaps within the team that hinder achievement of defined results and suggest action plans to management for addressing identified deviations, whether related to outcomes or behavior; * Build and maintain close relationships with management’s suppliers, identifying and securing strong business opportunities that maximize and/or optimize execution of defined action plans; * Analyze information generated by Planning teams (data, insights, alerts) to ensure all performance KPIs for each section align with defined action plans and goals, identify deviations, revision needs, and ensure no information is missed by the team, especially those indicating business opportunities or threats to the section; * Suggest preventive and corrective action plans for all identified opportunities, threats, and deviations in each section, constantly focusing on maximizing results; * Ensure execution of all department processes and activities in compliance with defined guidelines, prioritizing quality without sacrificing speed; * Train team members on commercial operations/processes when necessary; * Register free shipping for products; * Approve monthly scheduling for each section, bundles, debit notes, discount coupons, pre-sales, and giveaways; * Manage vacations, working hours (timesheets, medical certificates, home office schedules, and hour bank) and the spreadsheet for line distribution among buyers; * Ensure the department organizational chart is always up to date, keeping HR (BP) informed of any team movements; * Adjust system permissions for menus and brands for buyers and assistants. Requirements Hard Skills * Completed Bachelor's degree (in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields). * Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas). * Intermediate English (for communication with suppliers and analysis of global market trends). * Previous experience in Purchasing/Commercial management within E-commerce or Retail (minimum 3 years). * Familiarity with E-commerce KPIs (GMV, Margin, DOH, Stockout, Sell-Out). * Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker, or Tableau) for dashboard usage. * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS) and/or inventory management systems.
