This role serves as the liaison between operational teams and management, ensuring production targets are met and continuously improving processes. **Roles \& Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Coordinate and ensure increased production efficiency and performance. * Plan and monitor daily scheduling to prevent bottlenecks and delays. * Ensure product quality and compliance with standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001\). * Implement continuous improvement practices (Lean, Kaizen, 5S). * Conduct internal and product audits. * Manage resources and optimize machine setup and adjustment time. * Lead and motivate teams, fostering a productive and safe work environment. * Contribute to the development of new products and materials. * Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Conduct interviews, process hiring and termination requests, and issue disciplinary warnings. * Identify alternative or new materials that reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance productivity on production lines. * Understand applicable customer-specific requirements. **Min. Qualifications** ----------------------- * Technical and/or undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields. * Prior experience as a Production Coordinator. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Knowledge of Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards. * Intermediate English proficiency.
