Economic success and corporate responsibility are intrinsically linked. *Symrise – always inspiring more…* **Your role** * Execute loading of finished products, powder and liquid, for domestic and export markets (palletized or bulk); * Issue and verify documents, shipping manifests, and checklists related to shipments; * Process dispatch production orders and batch consolidation in the ERP and SPF Box systems; * Perform NIR analyses (protein, ether extract, pH, moisture, and mineral matter) and collect samples from the beginning, middle, and end of the process for liquid products during bulk loading; * Carry out receipt of ingredients, packaging, various materials, and finished products from external warehouses and/or suppliers; * Execute and monitor cleaning of storage areas, yard, storage tanks, filters, and pipelines, following work instructions and good manufacturing and occupational safety practices; * Verify incoming goods and complete checklists according to procedures; * Assist in supplying the mixing room and liquid production with ingredients; * Be responsible for organizing warehouses for finished products, ingredients, and packaging, identifying correct positions in the ERP system; * Assist in the monthly inventory count of inputs (ingredients and packaging) and liquid and powder finished products in internal and external warehouses; * Perform forklift checklists and report any issues to leadership; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts carried out by third-party companies; * Assist in updating work instructions related to the department; * Monitor warehouse temperatures; * Open service requests (ROs) and service tickets; * Monitor CCPs and PRPs; * Perform other tasks as occasionally required; * Process dispatch production orders and batch consolidation in the ERP and SPF Box systems; * Comply with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations; * Report incidents related to Safety, Quality, and Environment; * Maintain personal hygiene and avoid soiling the work area; * Carry out activities using the minimum necessary natural resources (such as water); **Your profile** **Your profile** * High school diploma completed * Forklift operator certification **Our offer** **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.** At Symrise, we believe diversity is a strength that drives innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth. Assist in scheduling collections. Verify and organize samples within the logistics department, maintaining the workspace in usable condition, ensuring user safety and protecting company assets. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: GLASSWARE LOGISTICS * Assist in preparing collection materials, observing hygiene criteria and storage conditions to ensure sample preservation and prevent contamination; * Dispatch glassware according to requested types and quantities; * Monitor and control inventory of vials or related items, recording entries and exits of glassware, materials, and instruments; * Organize glassware inventory. * Perform other related tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. SCHEDULING LOGISTICS * Assist in scheduling collections after budget approval and/or contracts, verifying availability of equipment and materials to ensure smooth collection logistics; * Complete collection forms so collectors can organize their daily schedules; * Schedule collector activities for upcoming periods using system and manual planning tools, preventing failures in scheduled collections and improving customer service. * Perform other related tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS * Coordinate with the Homogenization department regarding all samples to be exported; * Separate, classify, and identify Intercompany samples; * Assist in shipping Intercompany samples; * Assist in monitoring/tracking sample shipments. * Perform other related tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. DIAGNOSTIC MEDICINE SAMPLE LOGISTICS * Close incidents opened in Dynamics CRM, providing all necessary information to the Commercial team to properly guide the client. * Determine biological sample pickup dates based on sample stability, result delivery deadlines, and transport time from origin to NTO, whether by air or ground transport. * Plan and coordinate with logistics operators the pickup of biological samples, monitor operations, correct any issues that arise, and communicate with the Commercial team to guide the client. * Plan and execute international shipment of biological samples, taking responsibility for all required documentation. * Ensure logistics operators maintain proper sample transport conditions: transport temperature, packaging, and documentation required by technical standards. * Set up logistics structures to promptly meet requests from new projects. * Plan and coordinate shipment of collection and sample transport materials, ensuring sufficient quantities are available to meet demand at collection points throughout Brazil. * Periodically analyze consumption of collection and transport materials to optimize shipment frequency and quantities sent to clients. * Timely plan and coordinate external administrative services of CATG and occasional home collections, ensuring these operations integrate smoothly with existing sample pickup routines. * Review invoices from logistics operators, authorize payments, and recover amounts incorrectly charged. * Verify protocols and operation records provided by carriers or available on their platforms/websites. Compare with sample entries recorded in P.U.R.A (Dynamics CRM). * Prevent operational failures and, if they occur, reconstruct events, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. Issue a report analyzing the case. * Assist in assembling kits for transportation and biological sample collection. * Prepare budgets for operations involving shipment of collection materials or biological sample pickups. * Enter into CRM all relevant information enabling quantification of operation size and measurement of its efficiency. * Participate in negotiations with logistics operators to establish new business partnerships. * Disseminate knowledge, promote best practices, and guide logistics assistants and associates during daily work routines. * Analyze performance indicators to promote and implement measures ensuring cost reduction and improved logistics operation performance. * Gather and/or generate documentation related to the company's internal quality processes. * Perform other related tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. **Qualifications** Commitment, good communication and interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, proactivity, dynamism, punctuality, flexibility, and agility.
