In 2020, Eurofins generated total revenue of EUR 5.4 billion and ranks among Europe’s top-performing stocks over the past 20 years. **Job Description** ------------------------ **DESCRIPTION:** Assist in Quality, Health, Environment and Safety (QHES) Management activities, ensuring compliance with ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001 and ABNT NBR ISO 45001 requirements vis-à-vis national and international accreditation and certification bodies. Perform all lower-complexity support activities for other departments regarding QHES requirements, safeguarding the safety of all team members and the integrity of the company. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and submit documentation to the inactive file archive; * Continuously and permanently evaluate the Quality Management System; * Monitor Quality processes; * Complete specific forms with Quality KPIs; * Verify compliance and adherence to the QHES Management System (ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001 and ABNT NBR ISO 45001); * Deliver QHES System training to employees; * Monitor proficiency testing schemes in which the laboratory is enrolled (sample arrival, result submission deadlines, report receipt), submit results to the provider within the stipulated timeframe, and evaluate participation in proficiency testing according to internal procedures; * Conduct internal audits; * Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions and preventive actions together with responsible personnel and stakeholders; * Complete supplier evaluations requested by customers or potential customers; * Review documents in the document control system; * Update and maintain the master list of external documents; * Update and control printed documents of the management system; * Review and update QHES System documents; * Perform required updates to registration records; * Compile evidence of non-conformities identified during internal and external audits; * Control equipment calibration process stages: monitor and forward to the Support Department a list indicating which equipment calibration is nearing expiry; verify and evaluate calibration certificates; **Qualifications** ----------------- Commitment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organisation, discipline, proactivity, dynamism, punctuality, flexibility and agility. Completed technical education.
