Dynamic environment with high hiring volume We are seeking a Generalist HR Assistant with a strong focus on recruitment and selection, benefits management, and employee support. We seek an organized, communicative, detail-oriented professional capable of operating effectively in a dynamic environment with a high volume of hires. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conducting recruitment and selection processes * Benefits management * Employee assistance and support * Vacation management * Hiring and termination processes * Support for routine Personnel Department tasks * Internal conflict mediation and resolution **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Residing in Limeira * Communicative profile with attention to detail * Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with a high number of hires * Prior experience in Human Resources or Personnel Department (including internships) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in HR within food service or retail sectors * Experience managing high-volume hiring processes **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Rua Antônio Cândido de Camargo, 285 \- Jardim Piratininga **Salary Range:** R$ 2\.300,00 to R$ 2\.800,00 **Benefits:** * Caju Card: R$ 700.00 (meals and transportation) * Frei Galvão Saúde Health Plan (co-payment) * Bradesco Dental Dental Plan * Exclusive pharmacy discounts (AFAL) Interested candidates must submit their resumes to participate in the selection process.
