Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for mold change and inspection, process adjustments, problem reporting, and collaboration in machine setups, maintaining workplace organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Mold change and inspection, ensuring integrity and functionality 2. Process adjustment for product precision and quality 3. Collaboration in machine setups and compliance with safety standards Perform mold changes according to the production schedule, following procedures and safety standards. Inspect molds before and after installation, verifying cleanliness, integrity, and functionality. Adjust processes to ensure product precision and quality. Report issues or wear on molds and machines to the responsible department. Complete reports, recording relevant information for performance tracking. Collaborate in mold changes and process adjustments during machine setup. Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment. Comply with quality and occupational safety guidelines and rules. Perform other related duties as directed by immediate supervision.
