SL Mandic is a higher education institution focused on technology and innovation, offering courses and training programs in information technology. **Responsibilities:** Conduct on-site and systematic audits at accredited hospitals and primary health care units (UBS) in the Limeira region, ensuring compliance with institutional standards and patient safety protocols. Work in a rotational manner across various practice settings to monitor the quality of clinical processes performed by internship students. Prepare technical reports, consolidate evidence, and present qualitative and quantitative data to the coordination team using standardized indicators and methodologies. Accompany interns throughout all hospital areas, including ICU, operating rooms, emergency departments, wards, laboratories, and other relevant departments. Perform verifications using structured check\-lists to ensure compliance with clinical processes, biosafety standards, and regulated protocols. Monitor the number of students, faculty members, and activity flow in practical settings, ensuring alignment with academic scheduling. Identify non-conformities, propose improvements, and support the implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with teams and the educational institution.
