**Open Position: NOC Manager – Nvx Networks** Location: 100% On-site in Limeira Employment Type: CLT or PJ Nvx Networks is looking for a NOC (Network Operations Center) Manager with a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven profile. What we expect from you: * Solid experience in NOC management, network operations, and infrastructure monitoring; * Knowledge of routers, switches, OLTs, BGP, VLAN, QoS, VPN, and proactive monitoring; * Ability to manage KPIs (SLAs, MTTR, uptime, etc.) and turn data into action plans; * Skills to lead technical teams, develop people, and foster a culture of operational excellence; * Experience with ITIL processes and telecommunications best practices; * Must reside in Limeira or nearby cities. Responsibilities * Manage the NOC team, ensuring efficient execution of operations and rapid response to incidents; * Implement proactive monitoring routines and continuous improvement; * Ensure customer network quality and stability; * Create executive performance reports and strategic insights for leadership decisions; * Support expansion projects and modernization of Nvx's network infrastructure.
