**Responsibilities:** * Responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, aiming to increase quality, reduce waste, and optimize resources; * Conduct time and motion studies, develop layouts and line balancing; design and execute process, equipment, and production method improvement and innovation projects; * Implement corrective and preventive actions, monitor prototypes and new product start\-ups, ensuring productivity, quality, and cost targets; * Collaborate with product engineering, participate in audits, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Conduct training, evaluate economic aspects of production, and develop solutions for cost reduction and increased industrial efficiency. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields \- Internal candidate: currently enrolled * Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement, technical drawing interpretation, basic metrology, and experience in time study analysis. **Desired Requirements:** * Knowledge of SolidWorks, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and digital transformation.
