**Requirements:**
* Completed High School;
* Technical course preferred or currently enrolled;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Prior experience in the industrial segment;
* Preferred: experience in the food industry;
* Knowledge of production processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Analyze available workforce in the GTA according to demand requirements for production lines;
* Verify production schedule timings and perform logistical adjustments when necessary;
* Ensure S-DDSs occur and contain all required information;
* Conduct daily pre-analysis of deviations within your cell and guarantee execution of IPS/PM Card;
* Complete the checklist with required information for Cell DDS implementation;
* Collect information from production lines under your leadership and feed relevant channels;
* Conduct line inspections to ensure safety and quality conditions;
* Perform behavioral observations, identify unsafe conditions, and conduct Quality and Safety audits;
* Communicate and formalize informative dialogues (DDSs) for the team;
* Support internal material logistics movement in coordination and compliance with the Distribution Center (CD);
* Guarantee implementation of the "Top 10 Line" tools for your shift;
* Evaluate PNP metrics for your lines and calculate daily volume.
