PROCUREMENT ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION* Responsible for operating and monitoring machinery and equipment to ensure high-quality and efficient production of parts. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES* Perform operational procurement activities under supervision. * Conduct price, delivery time, and payment condition quotations with suppliers. * Support basic negotiations with focus on cost and delivery time. * Issue and monitor purchase orders until material delivery and receipt. * Maintain updated records of purchase order tracking and delivery timelines. * Support minimum stock control for consumables and direct inputs. * Assist in identifying and registering new suppliers. * Monitor basic departmental performance indicators (delivery time, fulfillment rate, and quality). * Ensure documentary compliance in requisitions and purchase orders. * Comply with internal procedures and company safety regulations. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems. * Familiarity with industrial procurement processes and requisition workflows. * Experience with the Sankhya system is a plus.
