Description: * High school diploma; Vocational training, preferably in Mechanical Lubrication or Mechanical Maintenance. * * Perform lubrication services for machines and transportation equipment according to lubrication routes generated by the maintenance manager; * Perform filtration, oil change, and replacement of filter elements on machines based on the maintenance manager’s schedule per machine-hour worked; * Clean machines, equipment, and work areas after preventive maintenance and lubrication services; * Wash machine and equipment parts as required by the maintenance manager; * Request purchase of lubricants/oil as needed; * Manage inventory of lubricants/oil for replenishment/replacement in machines, analyzing the minimum required quantity for each type of oil/lubricant; * Suggest and develop improvements to machine and equipment lubrication systems as required by maintenance needs; * Assist mechanics in preventive maintenance of injection molding and extrusion machines as required by the maintenance manager; * Segregate waste, oils, and degreasers in accordance with environmental regulations; Comply with maintenance department procedures according to ISO 9001/2000 and ISO 14000 standards. * 2511270202401888667
