




Job Summary: Responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to users, IT equipment, software, and systems, as well as supporting field operations and infrastructure. Assistance with connectivity incidents and internet infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for user support, delivering on-site and remote technical assistance for IT equipment, corporate software, and systems used by the company. Will also provide field support, performing installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and network devices, and assist in resolving incidents related to connectivity and internet infrastructure in coordination with the company's service providers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; * Experience with remote support; * Basic knowledge of hardware and networks; * Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Workspace.
