You will join a structured HR team with clear processes and a strong focus on development. * Organize and verify admission documentation. * Update records in internal systems and spreadsheets. * Support preparation of onboarding materials. * Schedule medical exams, trainings, and welcome meetings. * Respond to inquiries from new employees via email and phone. * Assist in issuing and managing contracts and forms. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, HR, or related fields are desirable. * Prior experience in administrative routines (internship or CLT). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in HR, Personnel Department, or onboarding. * Experience with HRIS or ERP systems. * Familiarity with basic labor legislation (hiring and documentation). * Participation in administrative process improvement projects.
